A Bit About Us…
Edison Squared Investments is a family owned and operated property management company based in Fargo, North Dakota. Although new to the Fargo-Moorhead area, the team at Edison Squared brings 30+ years of experience in real estate and property management to their tenants.
As a small business you get the benefit of a personal experience - you are dealing with a local resident who has a vested interest in the community and making improvements versus a corporate office. We own, manage, and run the day-to-day so there is no middle man to deal with.

Jeffrey T. Edison
The elder Jeff (for simplicity sake to avoid offense, he’ll go by JT) has long-term experience in the construction and developer industries, working with more than 70 contractors and 100 developer clients. As both a CPA and a rancher, he also has exceptional knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry and related issues.
JT is a problem-solver who seeks to support and guide the direction of Edison Squared. His goal is not just to grow the company, but to provide the people of the Fargo-Moorhead area with a superior service.
Outside of work, JT loves to fly fish and hunt big game. On weekends you will likely find him doing odd jobs around his family’s 100 year old dairy farm property or exploring the timbered country of the family ranch. JT also likes to follow around his four great kids, and credits his wife for doing an amazing job raising them to be successful and well-prepared for life.
Jeffrey B. Edison
The younger Jeff (JB) started his career as a project manager with a large fabrication shop in the Pacific Northwest. JB is a graduate from NDSU with a degree in Construction Management. Both his degree and project management experience provide him with the technical and practical knowledge of construction and property management.
JB is known by those around him as a diligent worker and skilled craftsman. He is the hands behind the major improvements made to the Edison Squared properties, making sure we are living up to our Core Value of value.
Outside of work, JB loves to spend time with his son and daughter. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time in his wood shop.
